Special finishes

Folio

- Is accomplished by laying golden or silver foils at high temperatures, by creating a contact pressure between the foil, support and heated pan that holds the mould.

Screen Printing

- Is a less conventional printing process on any flat surface or large curve radius. The process consists in the application of a layer of ink through a sieve on the printed material. The Image made by screen printing consists of a number of dots given by the number of meshes the sieve that made the mask has.

Cold or hot foil

- The application of a layer of up to 34 microns of matte or glossy foil, on one or both sides of the product. It is especially used for the protection of printed materials.

UV Varnishing

- Is the most durable varnishing. It can be made to resist alcohol or chemical substances in order to give the printed material extra protection. Total or partial, the UV varnishing is an excellent way of protecting and/or giving the printed product an extra shine.

Rounded corners

- Cutting technique of corners that makes them round, for a more special look.

Emboss (embossed stamp)

- This technology allows printing on materials such as leather, imitations of leather or paper. The embossed logos have a reliefed aspect and the advantage of a very good resistence in time.
