The duration of the Loyal Customer Bonus Program

The program has two stages:
1.The DELROTI point accumulation stage:
January 1 to August 30, 2010

2.The DELROTI point usage stage:
September 1 to December 15, 2010

How to use DELROTI points?
In the second stage, the customer will receive discounts equal to the accumulated DELROTI Points.

The value of points varies depending on the type of products ordered as follows:

• Option 1: The customer orders from the standard offer "LOGO 365 - 2011 Diaries and Calendars"

In this case a DELROTI point = 1 LEU.

• Option 2: The customer orders outside the standard offer "LOGO 365 - 2011 Diaries and Calendars"

In this case, a DELROTI point = 0.5 LEI.

Example of DELROTI point accumulation and usage:

The company Z sends an order to DELROTI on March 1, 2010 worth 2000 lei :

Order date	Ordered value	DELROTI points for order	Total DELROTI points
1st of march 2010	2000 lei	2000 x 3% = 60	60 points

The customer will have a total of 60 DELROTI points that he can use in the program.

In Stage 2, these points will be transformed into Lei depending on the products ordered. The value in Lei of the points will be deducted from the company Z’s order.
